At Finix by Aaliyah, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items if you received the wrong product, a damaged item, or a defective item. Exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Earrings and other personal-use accessories
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@finixbyaaliyah.com with your order number.
- Briefly explain the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
